- Flexibility — Our receptionist allows you to have a first class service wherever your business takes you
- Follow Me Service — We can provide you with the appearance that you are in the office by seamless transfer of all your calls to the number of your choice.
- Voice Mail Service — You will have a private voice mail service if you choose your calls to be held by our receptionist. We can program the voice mail system to notify you of voice mail received.
- Professional Appearance — Our receptionist can screen your calls, announce the call to you and you can choose to take the call, provide your caller with a message, or ask for the caller to leave a message in voice mail.
- A Professional Place to Meet — The Virtual Office Program allows you to take advantage of our furnished conference room or day office. Or you can simply just use the conference room and day office when you find the need.
- Mailbox Services — You can have your mail sent to us using our mailing address and we can even forward the mail to you wherever you are.
- Package Receipt — We can sign for your deliveries, hold them here at the office or forward them to your present location.
Answering Service Only
Calls are answered according to your directions Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Calls after hours will go to your personal voice mail box.
Mail and Package Receipt Service Only
We will pick up your mail every day from the Old Town Post Office and accumulate or forward the mail to your present location if desired. When packages are received we will notify you and if desired, forward the package to you.
Day Office Only
If you are in town for a day, a week or maybe only a month, our day office is fully furnished, has a phone set with a designated line so we can even answer your calls while you are here and of course, a connection to the Internet via a full T1 line.
Conference Room Use Only
Our conference room is equipped with a projector, SmartBoard, television and VCR and can comfortably sit 8 people. We can also provide catering services.
Virtual Office Program
This program provides it all… we answer your calls, forward the calls to wherever you are, pick up your mail, receive your packages and to top it off, you receive 16 hours of day office or conference room time per month.
