Business Center vs. Conventional Space Considerations

Ask yourself if you are in a position to commit to a long-term conventional lease of office space and absorb the CPI and CAM increases. How much of your financial resources can be committed to overhead costs such as conference rooms, a telephone system, a receptionist or a secretary?
