Gateway Office Business Center Staff

Beth KappBeth, the Director of the Gateway Office Business Center, is originally from Bountiful, Utah. She is the youngest of four girls. She was married to Wally Kapp in 1980 and lives in Kamas, UT

Beth’s first job in Park City was an office manager for a property management company. She worked five years for a ski rental company, ProSelect as the MIS Manager, before working for Mrs. Fields Cookies as an administrative assistant to the Vice President.

In 1989, Beth started a secretarial service, The Village Scribe. She was located in the Old Towne Business Center on Main Street. The business center had eleven offices. This was truly the beginning of her career in the executive suite business. Some of her clients from The Village Scribe days still come to use the services we offer at the suite.

In 1994, the owner of the HQ Business Centers in Salt Lake offered Beth a chance to join his company. Beth worked two years for HQ until the offer of managing this suite in Park City was made.

In 1996, Beth started as the Director of the Suite. As the Director Beth is responsible for leasing the office space, daily operations and management and client satisfaction.


Karina BaerKarina, Business Support Department, is a Utah native who now resides in Heber with her husband Mat. Karina has an associates degree in Communications and brings with her an extensive real estate services background.

Karina has been part of the team since April of 1999. She proficiently manages the day to day operations of the Business Support Department. Karina works with several different clients representing a variety of businesses.

Marianne, Manager, Homeowner Accounts, has over 15 years experience in account management and customer relations. She manages our homeowner association accounts, is a liaison with our office clients and assists Karina with the secretarial and administrative services.





Karen, Front Office Manager, currently resides in Park City, Utah. Karen raised her son Briant in Sandy Utah. She has an extensive background in the hospitality industry. Karen is an essential part of our team and brings a positive corporate image to our clients. She will insure that your requests will be met. You will always see her with a warm smile.
